Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Defective or damaged products - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us (within 14 days after receipt) with pictures (and a description) of the issue/s. If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send a reprint as quickly as possible, or offer a full refund for the defective products.
- Incorrect order - If we sent you any incorrect items (wrong size, colour or design), please contact us (within 14 days after receipt) with pictures (and a description) of the issue/s. If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send a reprint as quickly as possible, or offer a full refund for the incorrect items received.
- Ordered wrong size - We have detailed and accurate size charts under every product description in our store. Since we print all our products to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns in the event that you order the wrong size. Please carefully review the size chart before ordering.
- Ordered wrong colour/design - Since we print all our products to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns in the event that you order the wrong colour or design. Please carefully review the contents of your cart before ordering.
- Wrong address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
- Lost in transit - If your package gets lost in transit, we will reship a replacement order. Before we can send you a replacement, you will need to confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct and that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order. For the order to be considered lost, we may need to confirm this with the shipping provider first.
- Lost or stolen package - If a package is marked as delivered by tracking and the delivery company responsible for fulfilment confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for refunding, reimbursing or investigating. If you really feel like your package was stolen, please contact your local police department, file a police report and send us a copy. We will review the report and consider sending out another package.
- Unclaimed package - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you wish to place a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items - Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- European Union 14 day cooling off period - Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
